To serve you faster and better, please provide us with your order number, a description of the problem, and pictures of the product.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping policy outside Riyadh or send a representative to you in Riyadh, along with instructions on how and where to ship your shipment. Items sent to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Sweet Lips store bears all fees if the product arrives to the customer damaged (photography is required) provided that the full exchange and return conditions are met.
The customer shall bear the full cost of the order shipping and return fees, which shall be deducted from the value of the returned/exchanged product in both cases:
Our team works hard to satisfy you, and in some cases the exchange/return process may take from 1-10 business days.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the product(s) and confirm its condition, and we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
